Re: BetterifiVed - Subtle Subtitle + The Dimension Master's Lament

I think that 1) This episode is "great" in a different way from what you imagine it to be. It's a joke. It's a good joke. It's a long-running joke to which people have devoted quite some time to get right. 2) MegaDood's response wasn't completely serious- to interpret it as such is to further a poin...

Re: BetterifiVed - Subtle Subtitle + The Dimension Master's Lament

This is the greatest Episode to exist. And why is it the greatest episode? Man, what sort of grudge do you have against the series? It's just dumb fun lol, getting worked up over it is pointless. Speaking of dumb fun, More of it can be had here, for indeed, the final Cloudlord fight nobody was wait...

Re: When will nintendo shut this down

I thought nintendo liked to shut down fan games? Nintendo shut down the original SMBX site. they haven't shut down this one........ yet. They shut down the original site because of its domain name, supermariobros.org + redigit having ads on it. It had very little to do with SMBX or its content.

Re: Wrap The Vertical Mess

@Eclipsed It is meant to be played using PGE tester or 38A, X2 has broken features. I have the config 1.3, which you also need if you choose first option to play. What do you mean, 'X2 has broken features'? Please elaborate, as reporting bugs enables the dev team to fix them. In Beta 3, the yet to ...

Re: SMBX2 MAGLX3 Release - Feedback, Questions and Bugs here!

I've said this before and I'll say it again: there is no ongoing "competition" between the two versions and your preference does not make you a bad person by any means. It is completely useless to announce that "I use 38A because I like it more" since the complete lack of arguments for this choice m...

Re: SMBX2 MAGLX3 Release - Feedback, Questions and Bugs here!

I found a glitch/bug: When using the SMW doors, the warp will only be active is the player walks to the right. It appears that it happens on certain occasions since it worked fine in another level. You probably accidentally set a warp direction. Delete the warp altogether, set it to a door-warp bef...

Re: SMBX2 MAGLX3 Release - Feedback, Questions and Bugs here!

I'm very confused by this. Is this still Beta 3 or is it nearly Beta 4? This is somewhere in between. It's not quite beta 4 but it's far beyond beta 3. Here's two: At the end of the fuzzy state, the game pops up a debug message If you pause while the mega mushroom is active, a debug message pops up...

Clear pipe cannons don't seem to shoot the player automatically (as the desription suggests they would after a short delay).
The description, then, is wrong; it shoots you at the press of the jump button

Re: SMBX2 MAGLX3 Release - Feedback, Questions and Bugs here!

This looks as expected absolutly Awesome. I do have entcountered 2 "Bugs" The First is that my Custom Character Ninja Girl (GIF File with Mask) gets a Black Sqare around her when using the Mega Mushroom. But of course looks fine in normal state. https://i.postimg.cc/FfFyYpC6/2019-03-31-15-54-39.png...

Re: Haxa gon Cannot find SMBX process window.

2.0 doesn't require any sort of Haxagon tool use to 'unlock' its features- unlike in 38A, they are already unlocked from the start.

Re: A Manifesto on SMBX Politics

You guys misconstrued my argument hard in the end there. I never ever even implied that the bigger a community is or the more active it is the better. What I was implying was that there were multiple reasons for people to leave the SMBX community. Real life and getting tired of the engine are some ...

Re: A Manifesto on SMBX Politics

Great takes from users who haven't been actively participating in all the actually active and good parts of the community for a while. The discord-side of things is actually doing really quite well; the state of the forum is a terrible indicator for the state of the SMBX community as a whole. It's ...

Re: A Manifesto on SMBX Politics

While I agree with most of what you said, Another thing I've noticed is that you're jumping the gun and discrediting what Nien is saying simply because of past deeds. Don't. That itself is a biased way of thinking and hence flawed proving Knux right. This is where being objective should be applied, ...
