Okay, I changed the folder name to something without dots, and it worked. The custom graphics are showing up again. I wish I caught that earlier.

Please check if there are any dots in your folder paths. If you find them, remove them. There used to be an issue with them and I don't think it was fixed by the time the PAL build was out. ...Huh? -Allow every boss, not just a few, to be set as a Legacy Boss. (I'm not sure this is currently in or not though). in Editor, right-click necessary NPC, and you'll see the "Set as boss" flag, and inside properties toolbox also the "Set as Boss" checkbox you'll see. It's the same "Legacy Boss" option...

Yes, Toad will stay the main character. There are going to be a few mini-levels where control swaps over to Mario or Bowser, but it's pretty much all Toad, all the time.
