Re: Hatsune Blake's Level Showcase

I quite enjoyed Skydaku, it felt very reminiscent of a SMW ROM hack. My only issues were it was a little boring on the platforms, there wasn't too much to do other than wait. The second thing, not really a gripe, but pointing it out for you, was a graphical error with two of the piranha plants in th...

Re: 8luestorm's Level Thread

Cyber castle was a really cool level. I liked how there were numbers on the NPCs, it was something I haven't really seen in a level before. Also the boss was well made too with its different attacks and how the fight got slightly harder as well.

Re: The Amazing World of Julian

These levels look pretty well detailed, I especially like the last screenshot's use of rain. But the dry bones and fish bones in The Nightmare Universe look a bit strange in my opinion with their colours.

Those monochrome and autoscroller levels look pretty interesting, since they remind me of some of the silhouette level in DKC Returns.

Re: Star Orb

I don't know if I'm more or less triggered by the fact that people are talking more about the slight graphic error from the display level rather than the actual beautiful star orb sprite.

It's a cool recolor, because now we can use the updated sprites made by Nintendo for SMM2 if we wanted to make a more modern SMW styled game.

Did you wake up on the floor? You may have fallen off
No actually, I was lying in my bed even when I woke up. I don't really recall any times I've woken up fallen out of bed.
That's scary as fuck. Hope it doesnt happen to me
Yeah, it's really weird. I don't know why it happens.

This is a really nice new mechanic for episodes. Can the sizeables be changed in size, or do they have to be same size consistently?

Which slightly browner aesthetics and in what screenshot? :o Also new screenshot.. Whoever can guess the name of this boss gets a treat.... Also, bosses will be ...

That's cool! Is a Hyperkin SupaBoy like a portable SNES?
Of course it is! It's the best way to play SNES games imo
Nice, is it better than the New 3DS's SNES emulator? I don't own one but I know it can run SNES games.

Re: Post one of the craziest dream you ever had.

I've had dreams before where I'd get hurt badly in them and sometimes wake up suddenly. If that happens, I sometimes can still feel the pain slightly in the spot which I was injured. It's rather odd. My greatest day recently (Happens today! :P ) is when I pull out and dust off my Hyperkin SupaBoy, insert my Super Mario World cartridge in it, and it finally works! :D

Cats are great, I agree. They, as ThePromiseIncarnate said, are a lot calmer, and I also like how they keep themselves clean and tidy.

I remember wetting my pant in gymnastics when I was just in elementary school.
Honestly, I feel like that happens to a lot of kids at school. I'm not sure why, but I remember it would happen to a lot of kids at my old primary school and possibly early high school too.

Re: Super Mario 3D Land X (Heavy WIP)

It looks pretty good. I do like the screenshots as they seem faithful to the original, but I would change the enemy and coins to match the rest of the art-style, just to make everything blend in a little better. Well done nonetheless.
