Aero beat me to it again, but yeah, it's not particularly hard to make a toggle button. It does involve editing the theme templates though, which only the site owner or people with ftp access can do. Are you guys talking about keeping the old animated ranks or just making the new static ones bigger...

We tried to reach a compromise between removing them entirely and having large images that bloat up the screen size. They're neat to have but shouldn't take up large portions of the screen. Though I don't mean to dismiss the straining eye argument, I can't help but find it odd, considering the icon...

Me! what do you mean by "me" ? Sorry, I mean everyone! Added in 57 seconds: what do you mean by "me" ? is it 1.3? 2.0? 1.4.4? It's 1.3, so find someone to turn it into a 1.4 if you can?! I'd like to create a repack of the episode that is a bit smaller (shortened music tracks etc.). Am I allowed to ...

rule 10 states world maps that have already been released cannot be used - this I understand - but I'm just wondering - there's no rule stating you cannot submit maps you have worked on in the past. are you allowed to do that?
Yes, you are. Not that it matters, though.

5 - Super Mario Maker 2 doesn't need more items! People can live with troll levels! Mario Maker 2 did receive some huge content updates though. While they may not be as big as the ones in MM1, that's due to the fact that the second game's base game simply isn't as barebones as MM1 was upon release....

How many Participants do you have so far? 3. I see. Maybe you should avoid throwing around Deadlines, until you have a few more. It sounds a little, well.. desperate. Well, a contest needs a deadline, an infinite contest just doesn't make any sense. Oh Yeah, almost forgot, I be willing to become a ...

Actually, 38A specifically stated there is no way to decrypt .map files. ...Which is clearly a lie as if that were the case it would also be impossible to play them. Think about it - how can the game know what is inside the file if it can't decrypt the data it finds there? The problem is that 38A i...

I'm just saying once the process is done, it's done for. Like DerEric said, there is NO known way to reverse it, but for .elvl files, there is some kind of key that can decrypt the levels so you can edit them. But if those .elvl files are in a .map file and you suddenly decided to edit them, then y...

With the submission period starting, I decided to release a short trailer for the contest. Also, the discord server initially intended for judging only has been made into a server for general discussion regarding the contest, including a channel for submissions. If you want, feel free to join the se...

There have been two additions to the rules: -There may not be more warp points than levels in your map. (Thanks to Enjl for pointing this out to me) -Obvious rule: You may not submit world maps not made by you or already released world maps. Why is there a maximum of 30 levels on the map? I tried to...
