Re: Is SMBX battle Game dead?

I'm pretty sure the lack of support of battle mode in beta 4 also contributes to the death of this mode. But then, again, it was never popular to begin with.

Re: SMBX Level Designer Tier List By Request

Why? Have your level crafting skills downgraded as the years go by? they can't downgrade, they've been always bad No, your levels are not F tier quality. Your levels usually have a sense of a theme or gimmick attached to them that is memorable and your levels feel thematically coherent. However, yo...

You need to use the SaveData library to save variables between different runs of a level.

This seems to have issues with SMBX2 content. I'm running Windows 10, if that helps.
try downloading again now. if there are still some errors, copy whatever it says and post it in this thread.

Re: SMBX Tileset Compiler and Separator

I can totally get behind the second idea. Well, sorry for taking so long, again. This time I've worked very hard on this program, so hard in fact, I've probably made it way too powerful for such a small program. Anyway, I've finally finished it! This new version has support for spritesheet just lik...

Re: Perfect SMBX Screenshot Thread 10

well, it looks pretty nice... but isn't it going to look a bit weird in gameplay, considering maps are supposed to have a top-down perspective? unless you've replaced the default player graphics, i guess.

Re: Beating Every Single SMBX Episode: World 12 Patches

Alright so I patched a part of the world map in this episode and apparently the entire world map broke right after that. Tiles randomly started dissappearing and random paths in future worlds opened up. My only theory is that there's so much stuff on the world map that somehow everything overflowed...

How I fix the effect with Lua?
I mean when I attack an NPC when it is moving left, everything is ok.
But when I attack the NPC when it is moving right, the effect is broken.
can you please post the npc and effect graphics?

Now if only we had a tool that made importing graphics faster. Maybe then I wouldn't be so afraid to make huge spritesheets Hey sorry for replying after so long. When I got to know this in Penguin Peak I was sometimes "stuck" on the platform, I was standing on it and the springboard sound was perpetuously playing, which caused a few irritations and pit deaths
This should be fixed now.

I've also updated the level.
