Re: YOU KNOW WHAT PISSES ME OFF? (Thread #2)

When you work on a personal project for hours and lose like a third of your progress. It's really demotivating. What exactly happened? I was working on making a crafting tree for an item from a Terraria mod, and that item basically needed almost everything in the game, some more than once. I was ma...

Re: Paper Mario: The Origami King (Coming in July 17th)

I was hoping that would be the case. It was kind of clear from the trailers and images we already had but it's definitely nice to get some clarification. I've never thought that separate, short levels really fit the Paper Mario series anyway.

Re: WTF Gaming moments

So, I was playing Paper Mario 64 on my Wii U through Virtual Console. I had pretty much done everything in the game that can be done before the final boss except for one thing: the Chuck Quizmo questions. I was walking through the different towns talking to him in order to answer his questions. I wa...

Re: Paper Mario: The Origami King (Coming in July 17th)

The game seems pretty good from what we've seen. The overworld exploration looks very similar to Color Splash's, which I like because it was one of that game's strongest parts. The battle system, from the minuscule amount of footage we've seen of it, looks a little gimmicky, but interesting and I'm ...

Just a reminder that everybody's opinions matter, and just because nobody responds to you, that doesn't mean you weren't acknowledged.

Wow, you did a great job on this! the sprites are very colorful and give the same vibe as the train levels from Treasure Tracker. Awesome job.

Re: Super Mario Maker - Background Pack

Sorry for the bump, but I just wanted to ask if there was any chance that this could be updated with the new SMM2 backgrounds? If there's another thread that already has those, please lat me know.

I really want SMM graphics. Where can I find that?
You can check on The Spriter's Resource and go to SMM2.

When Nintendo makes a small, not in-your-face reference in one of their games to an older game in the frachise.

Re: (UPDATE!!!) Legend of the 10 golden elements project thread.

Added in 1 minute 7 seconds: Also a new video has been uploaded. I got some things done lately. https://youtu.be/WGBPvlPpKkY That level looks pretty cool. Uses Porcupuffers as the main obstacle, and expands the concept by adding new utilizations along the way. Of course, I won't know how good it tr...

The Goombrat actually looks really good! However, there's just something about the Galoomba that doesn't look right.

Great job on this recolor! looks surprisingly good. Although I think his official name is Bowser's Brother.

Hearing Super Mario Galaxy's, Supar Mario Galaxy 2's and Super Mario 3D World's soundtracks. They have some of the best songs in the series in my opinion.

Re: Super Mario Maker 2 3.0 - It now has koopalings and maps

This is Nintendo so it's more limited in what you can do then on a PC in my oppinion. Then again smbx is limited too because redigit never finished it. Still I prefer smbx. The update for mm2 had a bunch of power ups that was not interesting with the exception of the frog suit. Adding mecha Koop, p...

Re: Super Mario Maker 2 3.0 - It now has koopalings and maps

I really like the SMB2 mushroom and all of the mechanics that come with it, but yeah, an SMB2 style would've been cool. It would've marked the return of so many enemies in that game that we never saw again, such as Tweeters, Cobrats, Porcupos, Trouters, Pansers, Ostros, and Pidgits to name a few. So...

Re: Super Mario Maker 2 3.0 - It now has koopalings and maps

garbage No but seriously, the smw style doesn't even look close like smw, so disappointing. You're probably talking about the Koopalings' new sprites, and in my honest opinion they look fine. Wendy is a little off-model, but most of them are inspired by their current designs, but are still true to ...

Gosh fear mongering is really provoking. Seeing all these random news threads out of nowhere saying stuff like us being quarantined til 2022 and such. For goodness sake, this hysteria isn't even from scientists or medical professionals. It's coming from computer technology. Are we supposed to belie...
