Disable Goomba flipping

So I replaced the graphics of NPC 27, but it doesn't appear possible to disable the automatic flipping that all Goombas do. Should I just change it to use a different NPC, or can the flipping be disabled?

What's with the empty slots on the Progress Sheet? (Specifically NPCs 340, 537, 551) Were they filled before?

Okay, so it's entirely lua based, but I wouldn't know the lua needed to make it work. For example, what would I need to make using Warp #4 cost 20 Star Coins?

So spending Star Coins is possible, but I don't think I've seen any NPC that does it?

I've actually been doing something like that with The Invasion 2 while also trying to add in Star Coins and Switch Palaces. Regarding the 1.4.3 stuff I think it's a really low priority, if at all. AFAIK with LunaLUA you can make everything but the powerups (events would be done via a Luna.lua file)
