faster "megaman" screens?

So I know how to make screens scroll like in a megaman stage, but the scrolling for that is just so slow. I was wondering if there's a way to make it faster, perhaps with lunalua or something?

@Squishy Rex: Thanks! Yeah I wasn't sure if it would really fit with SMBX in general. I think making other sprites that this can fit in would be really fun, tho I don't have anything planned right now. Either way I'll probably keep on making sprites.

Thank you for the feedback Mudkip. The reason it is bombs and boos is because that is all I could come up with at the time. They were meant to be representative of the falling apples and gusts of wind he shoots. As for him disappearing, that's just me using Mother Brain and not putting in a backgrou...
