You need a SMB1 8-bit Mario or a SMB3 8-bit Mario? The SMB1 one's texture has a too big size for SMBX's playable character's size limit (If you exceed it, the exceeded part won't be shown). It would be necessary to resize the SMB1 8-bit Mario, and if you do this, the Mario texture would be flattened...

Well, okay, but, I still don't have the solution for the problem... How is what I suggested not the solution? As I said before, I don't want my episode to "Restart Last Level on Death", so, I don't need to worry with the auto start events (My level doesn't even have any). Any more suggestions? EDIT...

Check "Restart Last Level on Death" in your world map file under "Settings". That will allow the midpoints to work. Be aware if you do that! Move your SMBX folder out from disk C. But it is at the "Program Files" folder... That's still the disk C...
