Forgot to add to my list Wario Land 4 and the Super Mario Bros 3 port on Gameboy Advance and Gran Turismo 4 for Playstation 2 packed with a steering wheel and pedal peripherals which made it very addicting to me.

There's also a racing game for the PS3 called Modnation Racers which allowed you to create custom tracks. I've used that one too.

But, why so many mario centered ones? There's already like 6 Mario universe ones and a low point of non mario ones. Smbx shouldn't be just mario imo. Well this new version got quite a lot of non-related Mario characters but some of them don't make sense (come on, Solid Snake in a Mario game?), besi...

This beta version is a good start but I'd suggest some Mario characters in the game (Waluigi and maybe Mallow or Geno from Super Mario RPG).
What I liked the most about it was the star power up without a doubt!

Those two are great and all, but Long John Silver's is pretty overpriced. I still think it's worth the go if you love seafood. Almost any restaurant I go to, I order a fish sandwich, that's how crazy I am with seafood. :P Not sure if I should add Subway to my list because I only ordered food there ...

Ehh all fast food is bad for us but I do have preferences: Burger King and Pizza Hut; basically anything but McDonalds.
