While the background could be improved by removing the 1x1 pixels, the foreground is pretty good!

I have to admit for that's some very creative usage of Top Man's stage graphics from Mega Man: The Wily Wars for Pond Plains Power Plant, and the concept of it is pretty neat as well.

Yeah, same thing for me.
From what I can see, the level looks alright, although the underground sizables "on" the mushroom platforms seem really odd and superfluous.

I found AirShip's SMB3 styled Stone tileset to be a bit, well, odd at the corners and such, so I edited it to make it look better, or something like that.

From the images, it looks like there's a lot of 1x1 pixels on them. If you're using MS Paint to save them, a good workaround would be saving them as bitmap files, and then renaming the extension to a GIF. While it does look pretty good, I think the grass sizables have an odd colour to them on the lightest shade. Besides that, this is pretty good!

Besides the obvious "ZSNES is outdated and has major exploitation issues, why don't you use another emulator" comment, did you make sure that your controls weren't messed up when you came back, or that your controller was plugged in properly?
