Guys, when you quote things, can you either remove the image from the quote or make sure they're in spoilers please.

Re: Squishy Rex's CGFX Pack v1.8

Very gud graphics! It will be cool if there is another update. There will be another update, not sure when at this point, but it come at some point (this year hopefully). I've missed a few weekly updates, mainly due to real life stuff. But as some of you will have seen, I've nuked my MFGG account c...

I'm re-uploading v1.8 via Mediafire now. It shouldn't take too long so hang tight.

Re: WIP Graphics Showcase 2

A concept for a new enemy, which at this point is simply called "Bricky". http://i.imgur.com/7BObZL4.png So Bricky, is kind of like a Mega Mole, he'll give you a ride, but getting hit by him will cost you. Bricky is quite a dynamic enemy which can take on many forms. While Bricky is usually seen as ...

Re: Misconceptions you had about games as a kid

Actually I have one. It's that obscure monster from Yu-Gi-Oh, "Hungry Burger". Never really understood the card itself, though I believe it has some sort of relation with Pegasus' Toon Monsters. See, the card version shows it with a blue flag on top. http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/yugioh/images...

Re: Transition Tiles???

Basically you would have to do the same thing with any transition between two separate tiles of any theme. It's just a matter of finding the best way of showing the transition. For Grass to Ice you'd probably use a blue/white palette to introduce a snowy texture into the grass. Starting more so as a...

Re: games you played that most people don't know that they exist

Quite possibly one of the greatest NES titles that never was, would have to be Mr. Gimmick! or just Gimmick! as it is known in Japan. The amount of detail in that game is mind blowing. Think Kirby's Adventure x 2. This has to be easily the one game that really pushes the limits on the NES while prov...

Re: Crash Bandicoot Remastered (N-sanity Trilogy)

There's really no games I'll ever fanboy over...except this (and maybe Spyro and Croc). This is what we've all been waiting for, it's been confirmed and holy shit I'm excited. There's so little we've seen so far when you think about how big these three titles are and just to think they'll be an actu...

Yes there is, however because the online version of the pack is still WIP, not everything has been sorted and uploaded as of yet.

Find a Lost Graphic

The SMBX GFX Pack is still a WIP as you all know, and this means there are graphics out there which are currently unavailable. This new request thread is only for requesting graphics that have been already made for SMBX. This means if you're looking for something that you know exists but can't find ...

Re: Video Game collecting thread

I collect NES/Famicom carts on and off. I still have my NES, though I'm looking for a Famicom as well. Not sure if I'm going to try for a complete NES cart set, since games like Gimmick! are extremely rare and expensive, but I'll pick up games as I see them. It's sort of taken a slight backseat for a...

You can put it wherever you want on your computer as it doesn't affect what is inside. I have a folder beside my main SMBX folder which I put all of the GFX Packs I've downloaded into.

I did this once before with no events/layers.I made a Lakitu throw POW Blocks, however, both the Lakitu and POW Block + respective effects were invisible and the Lakitu was set as Friendly. By adjusting the speed of the Lakitu via a txt file you can speed up or slow down the rate at which it throws ...
