Simple, but effective. I think you should shade the left and right edges more. As it stands, it looks a bit flat.

a black outline might not have been the best idea for the bgos. Maybe a dark colored outline would help out more. I used to make that mistake, and it just didn't look good. Anyway, your download doesn't work because you're trying to put a folder up on mediafire. Zip it and then re-upload it.

definitely looks interesting. I really like the black one. The white one kinda hurts my eyes. I noticed that it was transparent, so maybe you should make the white more transparent?

looks loads better. It's a good start. I would look up how other people draw specific things, and get inspiration from them in order to develop your skills if you want to continue doing stuff like this.

I will say that my level was basic because it was made to be the first fortress of the game, so I didn't want to do anything too crazy. Nah I think the SMW dolphin and berry colours look good on the blue and pink one respectively.
