Re: Playable Harry Potter! (Replaces Link)

Super appreciate if you could! I've been trying to figure out how to adapt the tilesets from the GBC games to fit a side-scrolling environment... any sort of help with Potter-themed blocks/backgrounds/BGOs would be appreciated!

Re: Why can't I open my level anymore??

1. Definitely not. 2. I'm... not sure. They all load into Photo Viewer, Paint, and paint.net perfectly... 3. Why 294? I'm using npcs 102 and 198. -EDIT- Upon closer inspection, I noticed something. Every image file has the exact same size, byte-wise, as its mask. The exception was npc-198 (as Hermio...

Why can't I open my level anymore??

I'm working on a Harry Potter-themed level, with all custom graphics taken from the NES/GBC Harry Potter games, and some of my own creation. However, whenever I try to save to or load a level from my Harry Potter world directory, the editor crashes with the following message: "Run-time error '481': ...

Re: Super Mario Birthday Island

That was the main focus of this episode, was short vanilla levels of high quality . I read this as I look at this world map consisting of two giant squares with 9 levels randomly dotted on them. That is some high quality stuff right there. Give this guy a Grammy! Emmy! Oscars! Pulitzers! A Nobel Pe...

Re: SMRPG2: Koopa Castle!! [Final Update! I think!]

Oh, for Arceus's sake, all I wanted was to share a level of my first game with all of you, and this is what I get.
Just... stop. play the level, or something, if you want to, I guess... And be happy. Please?

Re: SMRPG2: Koopa Castle!! [Final Update! I think!]

@ AxelVoss: If you want this to be re-reviewed, you should follow the directions in the "Re-Reviewing" topic. In order for your level to be considered for a re-review, you will need to PM a Level Judge. In the PM, you say what was changed and include a new download link. DO NOT DO THIS IN THE TOPIC...

Okay, I'm uploading it one more time, and hopefully I included all the missing graphics and masks this time. If I didn't, please let me know, alright? I'm not giving up until this level is perfect!

Re: SMRPG2: Koopa Castle!!

To one Mr. Christian07: 1.) This is not meant to be a long or challenging level: It's the intro to the game. Still I have made it longer and changed up a few things here and there. 2.) In the post literally right above yours, I said that I messed up and forgot to place some of the Deoxys pack graphi...

Oh, man. I've been so busy working on the project that I totally forgot about this post!! '_'; Yeah, I see what you mean about the firebars. I don't think the Bullet Bill thing was that out-of-place though... maybe I could add some cannons sticking out of the walls? The Bowser fight, and the whole l...

Re: Super Mario Brothers X Redrawn ~ A GFX Pack: CUSTOM EXES

This is just amazing, Deoxys. I sympathize with you for dealing with all the crap you find online, and I congratulate you for this friggin' amazing pack! I hope it's alright, but I've chosen to use this pack as the basis for my current project, Super Mario RPG 2: The Dream Thief (Look in the signatu...

Re: SUPER MARIO RPG 2: The Dream Thief

Okay, so I see I need to clear up a few things... There really isn't much to say here other than, this looks really good. I can't wait to see how this progresses. I just have one question; what makes this an RPG? If there are some actual RPG elements implemented here, it should be quite interesting...

Re: Adventure : Vacation Plight :: Looking for level designe

I could go my whole life without saying, "Gee, a Sonic level in a Mario X game," again.
But it does look like a neat game; I'll have to try it out soon.
