Re: What is happening in your country?

Bernie Sanders is not a socialist, he's a social democrat.
He does not want to end capitalism (sadly) but he wants to have a better welfare system and taxation similar to the '60s. (Which were the most prosperous years for the USA economically)

Re: What is happening in your country?

Just saying, China and Venezuela have nothing to do with socialism nor communism. So socialism has nothing to do with Venezuela becoming an extremely poor and starved country? So would you say caused this? Sources of poverty and further proof that the country is not socialist: 1) The Bald Eagle con...

Re: What is happening in your country?

In my country, the governing far-right party received 52% of the vote for the EP elections but said party will most likely have to be excluded from the next probable coalition in the EP and a young liberal party gained 2 seats out of the blue. So in spite of Fidesz, the Hungarian governing reaction...

Re: European Union

The EP elections are over, and it seems that EPP and S&D lost seats but the ALDE group gained some, thus they'll be able to maintain their majority. A few shifts might happen among parties, such as Hungary's Fidesz moving to one of the right-wing groups. Ultranationalists and eurosceptic populists a...

Re: [NEW POLL] General Political Thread.

I was originally going to start up a new thread but since I've found this one, I'll rather bump. I've taken the test on 8values, which even though has its issues with assigning ideologies, I find the axes quite accurate. Also did it on politicalcompass.org, though I don't like that one as much since...

Re: Super Linguini And Macaroni - Public Community Collab Project

I support the addition of a subforum under 'Projects' because not only would it make it more organized but perhaps more noticable and thus, there might be more people joining.

Re: SMBX Site Q&A

Have you thought of implementing a "Serious Discussion" subforum for "Sandbox" where less casual (still appropriate) stuff could be talked about?

Drilljumping into chucks results in getting hurt.
Also doing so or jumping on the chuck results in a score streak.

Re: SMBX Site Q&A

Would it make sense to give the X2 dev team moderation powers in the LunaLua forum?

Re: I think it's safe to say...

However, I do wish the monthly announcements would be continued or that at at least the episode-featuring would be continued in the near future. Bad ideas when there isn't enough news to warrant monthly threads and if we continued to feature episodes monthly, we would get to a point where there wou...

Well, there is no viable alternatives.
What about Linux?
Well Linux is a bit more complicated to use and it has less things which it's compatible with.
At least it looks more complicated if anything.
