You put API.load(starman) instead of loadAPI(starman). The former code assumes you made a variable called API, which doesn't exist. It exists since lunalua 7.3 which was released in january. It can't find "API", which sounds like you're using an outdated SMBX version. But line 33 is weird. It should be calling an error much earlier than that. This is SMBX with Lua enabled, and also includes the PGE editor. You'd be crazy to do anything in SMBX without this editor.
