Re: CONTEST: Want to work on something that'll be featured on the SMBX website?

That blue cave and sky screen do not follow the requirements. Cavern screens are supposed have a complete ceiling without gaps (yours does have them) the sky screen is the exact opposite, sky screens must be completely open at the top. And unless there is some exception for cloud-bgo's your sky scr...

Re: Lowser's Conquest (World 4 refined)

You do not need a run to host it on Speedruns.com. Also, our animé record is identical I think. I watched the first 100 episodes of Naruto in one sitting. So, I would just need to post my episode on it, then? I am honestly not sure about it. Also, how would you watch DVD in one sitting going for mo...

Re: Sizables went bonkers!

There is actually an easier solution than using sizables or .lua for your problem. ^^ Since you are using PGE, you can easily make use of PGE's auto-resize function for blocks. Just do the following: 1) Take any block (no matter it's size) that also has a mask-file and resprite it with that wanted p...

Re: Lowser's Conquest (World 4 refined)

I hope a certain world 8 level will be in the demo. As for speedrunning, maybe You can host it on speedruns.com? The beta cannot contain any levels from world 8, as that world has not been started yet, sorry. About the speed running-part, I cannot record (for now) so I may not put it on speedruns.c...

Re: Lowser's Conquest (World 4 refined)

I just finished the refining of world 4, which means that only world 5 and a handfull of other levels are left to be refined now. Here are 4 more screens of it: https://s30.postimg.org/tem09bz69/Level_4_7_Section_5_15765.png Namely these are levels 4-5 and 4-7, which got some details changed or adde...

Re: Claim Levels

I mostly finished my claimed level S-1 White Savage Zone (I only need to work onto the dark side-part of the level) so it may be ready within the next days.

Sorry about the delay.

Re: SMB1 Expanded GFX-Pack v3.0

Do you think there will be a Zelda II Expanded GFX pack? I tried to make some beach graphics, but they are not so good =I http://i.imgur.com/J2QhtnH.png I dont think that I will ever make a Zelda 2 expanded GFX-pack, as I never played that game. Also, it has a graphical style that is not interestin...

Re: SMB3 expanded GFX-pack v2.0 (download works again)

Sorry for the bump, but I have suggestions for the next update. Firstly, can you please expand on the wood tilesets more? Secondly, can you fix the Flamethrower Block's framestyle? I say this because it doesn't turn like it is supposed to. :geek: I know he is on vacation for the next four weeks, bu...

Re: SMW expanded GFX-pack v1.0 download-link works again

final expanded GFX-pack. Does that mean that there won't be a Zelda 2 Expanded GFX pack? Also I LOVE SMW, ESPECIALLY THIS PACK! That is correct. I am sorry for that, but Zelda 2 is a game I have no roots to, so I am not so interested in doing that. Also, thank you very much. I am happy that you lik...

Re: Lowser's Conquest (Resuming revamption of levels)

Hello again. ^_^ After a month of inactivity because of my vacation, I can now proceed with revamping levels from my project. I almost finished world 4 now, which means that there is only world 5 and a couple other levels left to be revamped. And according to the voting results, there will be a fina...

Re: Lowser's Conquest (vote for a final open beta)

Hello again. Since my real life was a bit strict in the past weeks, I could not do really much for my project, but this is going to change within the next month, where I will have more free time again. I just updated the brambles a bit, so they are a bit darker: https://s22.postimg.org/cl0p7h7m9/Lev...

Re: Level Intro (Get your Level Template here)

I like the look of the new one better than the old one, and since you de-complicated it too, it sure is more useful in the future. :-) What I like to ask is, will you update the intros of the old levels with this one? I guess it would be strange to have two different intro-versions throughout the ga...

Re: Super Mario Enigmatic 2 - Novaborn (SMBX 2.0)

I like to congratulate on finishing your nice project and turn it into a full episode. ^^ You sure worked hard onto it, since you finished it even before november. I would play it by now, but I first need to wait for SMBX 2.0 to get out of it's beta phase, since I dislike .lua bugs to breakfast. ;-)...

Re: Lowser's Conquest (Giant Wasphive redone and more)

It took me a little while for this update, since I had to get a brand new notebook-PC. But now everything seems to be fine (aside from the fact that the newest version of Paint.net (version 4.0.12) has not a single bug fixed since the old version I used (v 3.5.10) which I kind of find is poor xD) an...

Re: How to make Lakitus not throw anything

Yes, this is possible. ^^

You need to change the framestyle of the Lakitu-NPC to either 0 or 1. Because of this, the Lakitu-NPC cannot throw anything anymore. A rather useful bug in SMBX, as I think.

Re: SMB2 expanded GFX-Pack v7.0 - final (PGE)update!

There is a LOT of missing tileset BGOs. Can you fix it? What dou you mean by this? If you are talking about needing more BGOs, I like to see what I can do about that in the future. But I will not be able to work onto an update until I have finished my project. Woow very awesome!:D Thank you very mu...

Re: Lowser's Conquest (more levels updated)

Currently I am updating the levels in world 7, which mostly means adding checkpoints to them. But I also updated several graphics in these levels too, like some NPCs and the icy and fcold wood tilesets: https://s9.postimg.org/kk9u25v1r/Level_7_3_Section_3_14606.png World 7 is almost done, since I on...

Re: Lowser's Conquest (trivial work done)

I mean, if someone wanted to play the level again after beating it. Locking a player out of the level for beating it is not a good thing if you ask me. I know it is easy to do but still. Some of those are quite mean. Also, I used "Shadowstar" to get to the other-side of the 45 star door. ...
