looking at the gif, the fireball spit by yoshi doesn't seem to be aligned very well.

This doesn't go over the 751-1000 range and only has a luna.lua. It's not a NPC pack. It's just a graphics pack with code slapped in and thus in the wrong forum.
NPC packs posted here are meant to be able to just be drag-and-dropped into the level folder without interfering with other NPC packs (except maybe for the occupied ID) and without interfering with anything outside of the NPC pack itself (think: basegame npcs or unrelated mechanics).

Also all player fireballs in levels with this code will be unable to move vertically.

It wasnt aligned very well because I was constantly crouching when using yoshi. The fire ball is perfectly fine in game when you dont crouch when using it

oof. Well I guess this can be moved to the graphics forum. I currently don't know how to make custom npcs in the 751-1000 range but I do know how to modify the default ones however. I have no clue why the fire balls are acting strange but I may have to fix something in the code thats interfering with it.

Nevermind, I just realized im a clumsy piece of crap and still had npc 13 being modified when I was experimenting with the code. Its completely fixed now.
