[Sapphire Bullet Bill]

It's not really much, but it could spark something.
Cap Kingdom had a very unique style to it, so I made a little GFX thing for it.
It's basically swapping palettes with the SMW grass tileset with a new background.

These graphics are looking pretty nice right now. Only complaint is that you forgot to change one of the "inner corner" tiles. Besides that, great graphics!

I remember seeing that background from somewhere, did you get it from somewhere? And yeah, everybody is a critic. Some BGOS I suggest are:
The Cap Houses, Bonneton Fences and the Lampposts. You should also add the bridge blocks, so that you can build the Bonneton bridges.

Well what are we supposed to say then? If we praise your graphics then you won't improve them , but if we give you a critic then you could improve them.
But yeah , more bgos and more expanded tileset(like the way Sednuair expanded the SMW grassland tileset with flowers and stuff) will make the tileset much more appealing and interesting.

I don't think i'm better than anyone, I am just as good as anyone here, I merely just recreated the fences, and added some stripes into the ground. nothing worth bragging about.

This inspired me to make a Bonneton tileset too, I'm so excited!
This was some good recoloring, but I believe you can still improve on graphics if you put enough effort.

it has a bit of light shading, it may not be visible though, but it is there.

Not a big fan, just feels like a lazy recolour to me. I feel like it's missing that true "Cap Kingdom" feel. Maybe go custom and make the stripped ground and a few BGOs.
