Super Mario Bros X City Graphic Pack (Version 1.1)

What does this pack contain?
  • A Skycraper Background (goes over SMB2 underground background)
  • New Background Objects (including a traffic light, a fire hydrant, a bench and more!)
  • New Tile Sets (including pavement tiles, road tiles, building tiles and more!)
  • 8-bit New Donk City music made by Bubly on YT (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-KIU3G_GYO4)
  • A readme.txt to get you started!

Ehh, I like the idea you had here making a city tileset, but these graphics look a little off. There's always been with 1x1 style graphics being a big turn off as they don't really fit well. It's by all means not the worst thing I've ever seen and like I said it's a real good idea.

Thank you for the feedback! This is my first ever graphic pack (I'm pretty new to creating sprites), so criticism like this will help me improve. :D
If you don't mind me asking, how do you think I can adjust/improve the tiles/sprites?

These don't look too bad, but my suggestion is that next time, if you want your sprites to be in SMBX's 2x2, you must draw them normally, then resize them in Paint.net by 200% and nearest neighbor, it will look a lot better and not stretched. Also you can resize SMBX sprites to their normal sizes by resizing it by 50%, if you want to edit a sprite.
