Let's see first, which tilesets I can do custom for SMB3 (I already have two ideas in mind, and mybe I get more), and how many expansions I can do, and after that, I will work onto a SMW-pack ^^.SuperMario7 wrote:Yes, I agree with this.Joey wrote:I voted for Super Mario World. I think the more expansion that game can get, the better; it would get more people to use SMW graphics in their episodes and move away from SMB3's dominance, I think.
It would be awesome if you could do both! Take your time, though. :P
Most levels are SMB3 styled so I think a SMW pack would be better. But SMB3 would be cool too! :)
For now the poll clearly shows off, that about twice as much people want to have SMB3 expanded first, but the pack won't take forever for me to do ^^. I guess I can post the pack with the first 6 expanded tilesets next week.
I would be glad, if you do so :-). Hopefully you will have fun with it.Anphiba wrote:This is an amazing expansion pack.
I'm actually going to use this for an episode I'm working on, if that's ok with you.
I also first thought, that most people would vote for SMW, but the surprise is always around any corner xD.Natsu wrote:Even though an extension of SMW graphics would be pretty damn awesome, I think the established poll should be respected. I'm not saying that you shouldn't extend SMW graphics, but that you organize your priorities. Looking forward to that SMB3 extended pack. ;)
I try my best for the pack. It will be lot of fun for me, for sure.
Thank you very much. Your Idea actually is also quite good, in my opinion. I never thought about using the already existing trunks as a basis for the trees. But otherwise we had the same idea, as it seems xD.HenryRichard wrote:That forest tileset is amazing! I did the trees a long time ago, but they aren't as good.. It's too bad that SMB3 won over SMW, because SMB3 is way overused, but still, I know it will still be amazing!
I guess SMB3 is more liked for expansion, because it's graphical styles are more "deeper", by which I mean, it uses the colors differently, and it looks a bit more "mature". I for myself like both styles equally, since both have their charm, in my opinion.
Not just ice cubes, but also ice pipes, an actual ice tileset, and more ;-).JeffTheSpiny wrote:very good!
let's make ice cubes like smb3
Thanks for these words xD. I try to be of no disappointment with that.icemario12 wrote:Well, it's SMB3. Let's see what you've got! Can't wait for it, cos' you rock, mate.
Well, this sounds like I really shouldn't ask, or maybe I also get some other stuff to eat, than just that code ^^.doomoocv wrote:I made a GFX pack for SMB3 on my computer, and I use that.
(don't ask me for it.I'll shove my useless Minecraft redeem code down your throat)
Thats why I want a SMW GFX.Besides,SMB3 has enough graphics,while SMW doesn't.
The resaults of the poll have spoken, so I will do first SMB3, and then SMW.
I hope, they will proof useful for you. Have fun and good luck for it :-).Zeldamaster12 wrote:Decided to download this. It'll be of great use for the classic levels I'm going to be making.
Don't worry, as I will work on the other GFX-pack, after I have the SMB3-pack on a soild size (I assume, that it will take about 5 months to 6 months, though). Of course I will work them on differently, so I do not just "steal" other peoples hard works. That is really not what I want to do.Christian07 wrote:Too bad SMW didn't win, I was hoping for a SMW expanded tileset. Oh well, at least you'll start making it after a few months, I guess, and also, I'd like to see a SMB3 expanded tileset as well, even though other people made some of them.
I don't know for sure, but for him it seemed to be needed ^^.CaptainSyrup wrote:That was totally needed or?doomoocv wrote: (don't ask me for it.I'll shove my useless Minecraft redeem code down your throat)
