Okay serious question:
Who made what in section 12 and 13. I need to know who to give credit to during the relay.

The people in question:
Spinda, Enjl, Gameclip, Murphmario, Darkonius

Okay, I have everyone down for sure except for Spinda and witchking666 (though I'm pretty sure about his screen being in section 9).
So the question remains: who made the 3 screen section 12 with the rushed memes?

You won't be able to get past the Bomberman section without it; I might try to get a fix.

Also, the Terraria 1.3. part of the changelog was completed yesterday. I'll then upload a version with the music fix and star fix later.

Alright guys, new version:

What's New:
-Added a door before the Bomberman section for those without LunaLua. Still needs code to make it unenterable if playing with LunaLua
-Fixed the Tiki Buzz's mask
-Fixed Ludwig's fire
-Put the Fire Flower in section 6 inside a ? block, so people who don't want it accidentally collect it.
-Moved the exit from section 9 to section 10 so that players aren't forced to collect a mushroom
-Replaced 17 KiKill with the lower pitched version
-Blocks above the fake stars are now invisible and not solid to the player
-Updated Terraria to version 1.3.

Old stuff:
-Moved the pipe over in section 1
-Replaced the leaf brick in section 1 area 2 to a ? block with a leaf in it
-Fixed the Hammer Bro's rude speech
-Increased the lava height in section 4
-Removed the spiny in section 6
-Increased the time it takes for the generator to fire in section 8
-Changed the spinies in section 8 to Galoombas, as the spinies turned into Doritos when killed
-Added an empty area around the thwomp in section 9
-Inserted shortcut warp in section 9 that takes you to the end of the level
-Added player blocks after the Bomberman section so players can switch back to Mario, Luigi, Toad, or Link. I didn't put a Peach one there due to the Bomberman playable replacing Peach.
-Provided a Mushroom during Ludwig's fight
-Added a midpoint at section 11
-Fixed some grammar issues in section 11
-Made the veggies respawn in section 11
-Made the door in section 13 accessible
-Made the door in section 13 take you to where the pipe in section 14 used to be
-Re-implemented Darkonius's section.
-Added spikes to the Tiki-Buzz graphic
-Replaced the pipe in section 14 with a mushroom
-Added a pipe at section 16
-Put blocks above the fake stars at section 16, as you can tail-spin them into going up, thus making the level impossible
-Facedesked at the people who made entire sections
-Got really confused about section 15
-Removed Herobrine

What needs done:
-Make the door in section 5 appear faster
-Make the door before the Bomberman part in section 9 unenterable to those who are using LunaLua.
-Make the door in section 15 lower faster

Whenever someone goes to change this, make sure it doesn't move more units than it currently does (I think it's five units) since if it moves too far, the warp attached to the door will go below the floor in my screen and kill the player. In other words, when you decrease its speed, make sure to decrease the event's delay as well.

Other than it being in Section 14 instead of Section 17, the entrance pipe was replaced with a door and the backtrack pipe was removed.

How's this coming along? I don't know if this was ever implemented, but I'd rather have the checkpoint moved to Horikawa's screen, remove the secret pipe warp to my screen, then just add a LunaLua checkpoint at my screen (like what was done for the Talkhaus collab level linked in the second post).
