Why won't My custom blocks work?

I have attempted many times to make custom blocks that can be destroyed like the brick blocks by Wario's dash, but all attempts just make normal blocks that aren't destroyable, even by other entities. Ramps suffer the same fate, acting as solid blocks instead of the 45 degree ramps. Can anyone help me with these problems? I can't find clear help elsewhere.

Yes, I am. Am I not supposed to? Or am I doing something wrong?

block.ini is for PGE only, you should be using block.txt

The ini file sets in-editor appearance. The txt sets in-game behaviour. Many logic-based fields from the txt dont exist in the ini, while many visual-based fields from the ini don't exist in the txt. The template files for each contain all available fields.

I was able to paste the .ini's contents to the .txt, and it worked as intended, thank you ^^
(Now just to figure out everything ^^')
