The dotted path lines you see are removed when the world map is loaded and are placed so that you can always access any level.

The map actually has a perspective error which I missed in editing. Can you spot it? In-game it's covered by scenery tiles.
So THAT'S why there's a featureless version of the map to the left of the actual map in the editor! Also nice early cave map there.

Also, is this the perspective error?

The MAGLX3 build wasn't made for playing episodes, and this was released for Beta 3, so go figure.

So I know this is a little old, but I really wanted to give it a try. When I try it in both Beta 4 and Beta 3, and I get error messages. Below is the error message for Beta 4. (also trying it in 1.3.0.1, I get a different graphical error on the map that makes the map paths black, but otherwise the levels seem to work fine...).

So immediately on loading the game, this appears, before the map:

If I hit Cancel, the map loads like this (I can't see level names or anything on the border of the map screen):

And then if I enter a level, I get this:

I can then load the level, but I notice background items (ie, hedges) disappearing before they've scrolled off screen. I know it was originally designed for Beta 4, but it doesn't work in Beta 3 either for me. Any advice at all on this is appreciated. Thank you!

The episode is designed for and compatible with Beta 3. I have never tested it on Beta 4. I don't know what you're doing wrong.

I assume your screenshots come from attempts of running it on Beta 4, so in that case you should document what happens on Beta 3.

You need Beta 3 and this episode. Drop this episode in the worlds folder, open the launcher, select the episode and play. If anything goes wrong, do what Cedur suggested. Provide as much detail as possible.
