I sleep around 8-6 hours usually for school days and extra classes. When it's holiday, I usually sleep late... at least 5 hours I guess.

During school, it's usually 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM during the week and 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM at the weekend.
During summer, it's usually mdnight to 9:00 AM.

Sometimes during school , i sleep from 1:00 AM to 7:30 AM and sometimes 23:00 PM to 7:30 AM , during weekend i sleep from 2-3 AM to 11-12 AM and during the summer , sometimes i sleep from 23:00 PM to 10-11 AM and sometimes 3:00 AM to 12-13 PM. It's always different.

This school year I'm going to be getting around 6 hours a night which sucks but hey that's life.

During the summer I slept between 9-10 hours a night normally, with a few exceptions. The other day I was hanging out with friends at an all nighter until around 4:30, then fell asleep around 5, and since I had woken up at 6 that morning I was awake for 23 hours straight, then slept about for 4 hours, which sucked but I did take a nap the following day so hopefully that didn't hurt in the long run.

My sleep schedule is uh, pretty bad tbh. I'm usually awake until like 2 am or so, but on the bright side, I still do fine with waking up when I need to and I'm not usually tired once I get going.

Oh that's pretty good. Nothing inherently wrong with being a night owl as long as you get up at regular times.

Not really true. Being a "night owl" is only healthy if you still have a regular sleep schedule and a long enough duration for your age range. For example going to sleep at 2am and getting up at 7am consistently is really pushing it even if it's regular

Yes, but generally within certain age ranges everyone needs approximately the same amount of sleep--see the SF page I linked earlier iirc

Mine is between 5 minutes to 4 hours of sleep a day, I spend most of my nights looking after people in other communities.

In the school days, I sleep from 9-10pm to 6am. In break days, from 10pm-12am to 7:30-9:00am

I try for about 6-8 hours of sleep on school days, but during the weekend or periods of time where I'm off from school, I usually get around 1 hour to 4 hours of sleep.
It's hard for me to get tired though, so I find sleeping in general really annoying.
I'm a Super Mario World type of guy. I absolutely love the style.

I sleep either at 9:00pm or 10:00pm and wake up at 6:00am for school days, and for the weekends, I sleep either 10:00pm or later, and I wake up at any time in the morning at weekends.

Recently I've been getting 9-11 hours because for a few weeks I only had about 2-4 hours of sleep on a daily basis
