Nope, it's Windows 10 with Classic Shell enabled to bring back the XP-style Start menu and taskbar, along with some registry edits done by me to get the font back. Lol, you got trolled. Move along, if you please.

Not sure if this works for 8.1, but if you click "Settings" by right-clicking on the menu, and then selecting the "Skin" tab, you should find the XP setting under the drop-down. Lol, you got trolled. Move along, if you please.

Hmm.. clutter?
Tiled (in comparison to stacked) barebones-style Window Managers like i3WM are the best for productivity in my experience.
i3WM is quite itself keyboard driven. I could also just use to make an application fullscreen out of that 'clutter' anytime as well in this case! I believe in blatant forum signature copypasta exploiting someone's religion as my Lord and Savior. If you do, put this in your signature.
