I have been working on the title screen today. All I got is the logo an the menu options done. I also copied the reviews of CC7 80 to 67th and got angry at my levels scores again ^_^ (I made 6.0 something. (7.8 castlewars 8.? From chad 4 firespike 5.5 Valtteri) and have to ask why Quill never judged it, and no backup... Same for ace's level and he judges level!))

Anyway, back on topic!

I still need a title screen art work that is 400x300 pixels. (I have the Logo)

This will mean that we're gonna go through the boss that had no music what so ever again (ToB 7 at the final boss, there isn't any music and that makes it a very bad ending).
And would this mean that we will go through the ending up to a total of 11 times?
Otherwise, I am really looking forward to this! :D

The final boss has music but for some people the music used in tob7 didn't work right.

To get the ending, you will need to beat 10. You get an SM3 star for te endings in this!

If I have to play all of those terrifying super difficult levels with annoying gimmicks involved... I won't go for it. Also this idea is just ridiculous in my opinion. We can just download ToB episodes from the Episodes forum rather than having them all into one collection as it will have even more content into it and the SMBX limitations will be beyond believe statements.

To be honest, I would wait until PGE gets it's completion since making everything complatible with SMBX so far... it's nearly impossible to my knowledge.

Uuh...Why?
All ToB series is around 500 levels, where 400 is shittly made...IDK how people like to play joke levels ( without serious design ) or nub levels with spend your time...as for me is pretty frustrating play many bad jobs.
smbx was an art, which was beautiful to play, was eager posted every level, now unfortunately it seems that the quality of community design fell astonishing way, shameful....

The problem is the forums got and is still being flooded with new users, who are all SMBX design noobs, and who wanted to immediately design and submit levels to the community. That's why so many levels are crap.

Blasphemy! How dare you both! My respect for y'all just went down a major amount.

Also, Valterri, while AM2R's soundtrack is not perfect, how can you say that it's organic, atmospheric tracks should have sounded more like your electronic beep-boops? M2/AM2R takes place on a world dominated by nature, so why in the heck do you use so many artificial-sounding instruments for your tracks?

Not really true. There are new users who submit their first level and end up in 20-30. It's more how you use smbx, how much time you spent on the level, how you design it.

I don't get it.
If ToB 10 will be the finale of the series, then what would those last set of Tiers (ToB C) for?
Will there be a chance to post a level for Tob C or is it something different?
I am just curious about it.

EDIT: I would like to make a tier level for the ToB C please.
I promise it won't be bad as the the level I did in Tob 10. :)

You are free to make an update to a contest level! You can also make a post game level! The teirs for "ToBC" are me ranking every level in order for a true winner! If you want a level to be optional, ask and with Valtteri's approval...

I don't really agree with that. While it may be true that some new users are able to design good levels, the majority of new users are unfamiliar with the editor, and end up making average to bad levels. Just look at CC11 and how many of the tier 1,2, and 3 levels were by new users.

Also, I've heard ToB 10 is going to be the last one. Is this true?

Yes, this will be the last one in the series.
This will be made for a compliation of the series now that it will die soon.
I guess I was the very few newbies that got into Tier 2 but knew how to use the level editor.
Mine was rushed for a reason.

Yes, this will be the last one in the series.
This will be made for a compliation of the series now that it will die soon.
I guess I was the very few newbies that got into Tier 2 but knew how to use the level editor.
Mine was rushed for a reason.
Speaking if my CC11 level, it was rushed due to a death in the faimly!

I fixed every flaw and gave it to Valtteri, however, the length and maziness part of it can not be fixed! The low jumps are not fixble due to the map... The "maxiness" is intentinal!

That was dethroned with MaGL X2.

(and that would only be dethroned if he tied the episodes together in some way with lua rather than just releasing them as a pack)
