I have just begin wondering about if it's 100% Possible to make custom SMBX levels that plays it self without the player putting inputs. Y'all know, like in many of the automatic SMW custom levels in Super Mario World ROM Hacks? If it's possible, that means there's gonna be a lot of use of Lunalua* or Teascripting* for the level! :geek:

*If you're using SMBX2.0

*If you're using SMBX 1.4.x

Any level editor that has features allowing the player to be moved without any external input, right from the start of the level all the way to the it's ending, then it is possible to create an automatic level with it. Also if an editor allows you to put the start and end anywhere in the level (SMBX falls under this category), then a level that starts on the goal (and therefore is completed as soon as it starts) is technically an auto level as well.

Basically auto-levels of all kinds could be created using control lock events.
