Wait does reserved mean it's not gonna be in the standard b4?
The reserved range is for episode creators.
I mean like is it possible to use these NPCs if you're not an episode creator?
What does that mean? Those slots are blank slates. We, as the development team, will not touch them.

Been a loooonnggg time since I was last here.
Unfortunately, I lost all my SMBX data when I was cyber-attacked back almost a year ago. I actually haven't touched SMBX since, though I have been wanting to get back in the swing of things. I saw the blog post; looks like things are close to finished for the beta 4 update, that's good. Progress is good.
Oh, me? Well, I've been in the process of getting out of Silicon Valley social media, working on an RPG I intend to finish, and as far as fangame stuffs, I got into Mega Man Maker pretty heavily, that is, until I was no longer able to connect to the game server because my ISP is being an asshole.
So, maybe I'll setup SMBX again. I think I can figure out what I need for custom assets and such.
Just for jogging memory, SMBX can play nsf files natively, yes?

Yes, SMBX can play nsf files, as well as spc files.

Also, can SMBX 2.0 Beta 3 play video game music that are legally purchased from online stores? Because that's what I was trying to prove to y'all.

Yes, assuming it is in a format supported by SMBX2.

It can even play music you composed yourself. The sky is the limit.

Wrong game. No multi-stem support unless you code that in.
