I made a controversial level just for the hell of it...and yet I am getting father than people who are trying their hardest.

There have been some really questionable level positions in previous smbx contests as well.

The winners in the later CC's look like they deserve first place more than those of the previous contests.

Okay, expansive level dont make a level good.
Custom graphics dont make a level good ever
A good level is much fators like design atmosphere gameplay and gimmicks.
So a custom graphics and expansive level can be good like a linear level.
For examples, darkonius CC7 level is linear but goodm
My favorite level from CC6 is The Golden Palace by Valtteri, isn't a heavy level but os nostalgic and very well designed.
The question os that smbx is not see as a serious thing now....I know that's a game and the objective is the fun. But levels aren't designes to be fine as before.

I actually think that the focus shifted to better game design, while not trying too hard to have all the custom graphics and all the nonlinearity.

Anyways, I think I've figured it out, Tier 1 had 11 levels right?
Well, Tiers 2 to 5 had 10 levels, so if tiers 6 to 8 have ten levels as well, we'll get 12 in the final tier.
But the final two in Tier 8 would be the last two so that means the results will be 100% revealed on Wednesday!
