The roaming guy seems very underpowered but it has a good reason... at least needs another buff if not then, ehh idc

i don't particularly consider the roaming guy to be underpowered, the only time where his vote is completely reliant on luck is night 1, afterwards he can just try the best he can to guess someone, and that will probably be fairly reliable.

The roaming guy can also use all of his abilities separately each night, and there's like 2 or more kill abilities he can get. He can also self upgrade when he gets the ability of the weapon master (so can the heirs but wtv). so he's basically got huge ass snowball potential.

If that's the case, then the role is fine.
If it is not, it isn't fine.

Except, neutral roles are EXTREMELY underpowered.
A simple serial killer barely wins any mafia games.
Out of 26 games, a neutral killing role won once.
You should really consider buffing the neutral role up a bit. with the idea I suggested
