Chat Offline Temporarily

Hey all, sorry about the recent chat downtime. My guess is that the Midnight Reality server was restarted - my provider is investigating an issue right now that happens to be preventing me from getting in and restarting the IRC and related services. All web-related stuff starts up automatically, though, so the forums are fine.

Oh so this is why I couldn't get to IRC before and I was wondering about that. At least the forums are working fine. All we can do is wait until it's back up again.

By any chance,does this effect/affect anything other then IRC?

At this point, I don't believe anything other than the IRC/webchat are affected.

I was thinking "Why does it say it's passed 6pm when it isn't even 6pm yet?" but, now I actually know why.
At least it won't be confusing anyone.

I thought my laptop was badly glitching up on me when I tried to get on the chat! Thanks for the update Joey!
