I am making a level with 1.4.2
I have a script that randomizes the layout of the level.

Oh god that hurts my eyes...
Please make the contrast smaller and also the white darker...
Would also recommend using a different tileset next to it since chess-board like tilesets can be eye-tiring and monoton if they're alone.

Check out h2643's graphics pack. There is a toybox tileset in there. (it's also used in Robotics;Toybox by zlakergirl357)
And then recolor it/them to the color you want. (and people would also find decent in look)

@Yoshi021: Yea that looks a lot better. Nice use of the tileset by the way!

@MrPunchia: Really liking the atmosphere here overall, the recolored tileset is neat too. I think the original SMB3 background (recolored, of course) could fit better (I think that's Sednaiur's version???) even if it's a bit more generic

I can use the Koopa shell to break the blocked pipe though. Otherwise it looks quite nice.

An even better idea would be a SMB2 bomb in a bubble later in the level that floats to the left. You have to wait for it to float to above the rightmost brick and pop it so it will fall down and explode (because purple bombs in bubbles explode when they hit a surface even when not flashing).
