This looks interesting, I like the way Squishy's graphics are used in this level.
I can see why it is called it is called "Havoc Harbor", it seems to fit the theme perfectly as well.

Waoh! I love the neat ideas it has, nice work on the Bowser statue, and logo!
The Bill blasters are also a nice idea in it, I'm surprised no one else has ever though of this tough!

I love it!
Especially the way the blue and gray works together and the bowser statue.

Your tileset isn't using a light source from the top-center though. The light comes from the top left. It's clearly an inconsistency.

If i make the BGOs gray, it wouldn't be a shadow level again.....

I recommend you open the screenshot in paint.net, zoom in and look at the pixels in detail, as I just did that and wasn't able to find any 1x1 pixels.
