The toad and the SMB3 cave tiles look kind of unnatural. Also, haven't I played a similar level you made a few years ago?
Pretty sure I have seen someone play a level like this on youtube, with the same graphics and all.
Anyway it looks nice, just fix the saturation on the red in the tileset because deer god that is unnatural.
Living explosives, prone to destroying themselves along with their enemies with their powerful "Self-Destruct." Bombs take the rage built up by being attacked and transform it into energy. This, in turn, makes them grow, sometimes to incredible sizes.

I'm certainly glad you decided to point out clash for yourself, xtremegamer51. That gives me an awesome reason to in itself not complain about stupid stuff. Anyway, looks nice as always. I enjoy the tileset, and all of the enemies are brilliant (*peeks at the word "clash").
I'd consider adding a few SMW-styled pipes somewhere. Even though they didn't feature them that often in the original game, it'd be a nice touch for visual appearances.
I'd normally mention that a few Boos should be included in the second screen. All there are's custom enemies, nothing classical or nostalgic.
That tileset looks... bland. Either consider adding some holes in it by connecting the diagonal pieces to horizontal and vertical, or alternatively mix it with another one.
Some scenery could use desperate improvement. At least include a few more pillars, but I assume you could additionally show some tables, or other custom stuff.

You ripped nicely the graphics , are beautiful.
This level seems to be fantastic, I would recommend changing the NPCs of the screenshot, by those of pack Silverdeoxy, they seem to be more reals and go better with graphics ripped.
