This level seems to be heavily catered towards speedrunning, with animations like a warp at the start, and the springboard emerging from a block being cut short to cut out waiting, as well as there being some red donuts in every donut gate. To support that, the level itself never really puts any obstacles directly in the player's path, allowing the player to have a safe journey by skillfully running through the level quickly before enemies can fire. Definitely a neat concept with a fun execution.
