GRAVEYARD GLOOM - a boney tale

The Jack-o-Lands are home to many different creatures of all kind! roaming the lands day and night peacefully. but one awful night, darkness spreads over the island covering it in pure chaos! the specter keys are gone! those relics are used to keep the door to the demon dimension shut! someone must have taken the opertunity to steal them and release them. good that there is one brave hero that can save them all from this mess, his stature, solid, his deeds, heroic, his name, Boney. Boney the skeleton ladies and gentlemen.

this is my first big project and it will probably take a while to finish but im putting all my effort in to make it great! this is what i have so far:

Did you make those world map sprites? I like the 8-bit aesthetic.

The world map could use a bit more scenery but very good job so far.

yeah i made em, i was aiming for a more simplistic style
