You forgot about 126.96.36.199 (Normal Lunalua).
As for what version you should use, I would say 188.8.131.52 for the best compatibility, 184.108.40.206 for less compatibility but more features, 2.0 for the most features at the cost of some things like multiplayer (currently doesn't work with new characters) and certain lua functions, and finally 1.4.x if you prefer the physics engine or do not want to use lunalua to achieve what can be used in that version.
