I agree with this, despite it being quite redundant, assuming you have the Level Submissions stage, then the Levels Section stage, and then the Best Levels stage.
That would, however, motivate the level judges though. Hmm...

We might bring back "The Best" from the original forums, but the rest of the level categorization forums that existed back then will likely not be used.
