Secret NPCs without PGE

Yes, there's a possible was to put Wart's bubble (without Wart himself) or Peach's bomb by itself in a level without using the PGE editor instead

Even useful if you don't like to have PGE

Tutorial

1. Go to the Super Mario Bros 3 NPCs menu.
2. Select a Bowser (SMB3)
3. Go to the Super Mario Bros & Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels NPCs menu.
4. Click the Lakitu option (fast) 3 times
5. Place that in your level
6. Test the level
7. Wait until your Lakitu throw a Bowser and instead he throws out another Lakitu
8. Go back in the level editor and something unusual will happen
9. Go to the NPCs menu and...
