Chocolate Wonderland
Design & Gameplay: Okay
+ This level had a fair length, it wasn't long but it wasn't too short either. The coin placement is p. nice. I also like the way you did the sky bonus room with the cloud replacing the boo graphics.
| The level was quite enjoyable, but not that fun. The NPC placement was mostly moderate too, but at some points it wasn't that good. For example, the parakoopas at the slope weren't really easy to see, they can cause a sudden cheap hit. The level's difficulty was also a bit random. It was mostly medium but sometimes it became harder than necessary (I mean, it's not way too hard, just not too fitting)
- The chocolate platforms shouldn't be solid from the bottom, because it looks and plays really awkward, I'd recommend to have invsible smb2 or smb3 bridge pieces, or sizables. Also, you should make the water go off-screen on the bottom, because the player can die very easily when he/she sinks down a bit too much. (it should go off-screen by 1 or 2 blocks)
Atmosphere & Visuals: Okay
+ The level didn't have any clashy graphics or cutoffs, at least I didn't find any.
| The level's atmosphere was moderate, but the music didn't fit the level too well. The graphics were decently looking, though.
Score: 5/10
An enjoyable, moderate quality level with some flaws in it
