The only thing I know from Ethereality when he was on chat is that he used Google Translate all the time, which made his English rather broken, and he refused to use a dictionary or make progress on learning English himself.

Still it doesn't appear to me as an enough reason for a long ban, so how can you know and assert that he was banned? He's likely not permanently banned, so any clarification via screenshots or alike?
