Stealing toilet paper from public washrooms:

Baggage If you are going to be stealing a lot of toilet paper, I suggest that you bring a backpack, bringing some type of bag will hide the fact that you are even stealing toilet paper in the first place.

Bring empty toilet paper rolls and just roll all the toilet paper to your empty roll in a spindle motion. That will collect all the toilet paper if you cannot actually open the dispenser.
