Pokémon Showdown Tournament 2 - April Showers bring May Flowers

Per popular demand, here is the second Community Pokémon Showdown Tournament - this time with a gimmick.
The rules are simple: Build teams with the resources below. You can enter by submitting a http://pokepast.es/ file containing a valid team for the first round to me via PM by the 21st of June.

Here are some example teams to give you an idea of what a team could look like:
The tournament will be held in singles, best out of 1, like last time. You can submit a new team for every round, as the replays will be released at the end of each round.
