I don't have Smash Ultimate, but I used to play Smash 4 with Bowser or Kirby. Both have very OP attacks.

I have quite a few of them, I main Mario, Link, Ness, Meta Knight, Mega Man, Bowser Jr, Mii Brawler, Mii Gunner, and Lucario.

I main Sonic, Mario(Builder Btw), Yoshi, Ridley and Kirby mainly. Though I sometimes use Mega Man and Pac Man time to time.
