Oops! Didn't do my research. I thought it was released in Europe under that name, too. Turns out it was only called that in Japan but was called Super Mario Bros. 2 everywhere else. Sorry about that.
It is hard to determine truly the "worst game", yet it likely wouldn't be a game which is crap from the start to the end; as you can simply stop playing right off the bat with minimal loss of time. Such games that truly upset me are the ones that start off strong and fall apart terribly by the end, one example being Virtue's Last Reward.
Here's my list:
Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (pirate game for the Snes, it's just a Speedy Gonzales hack, they didn't even put custom music nor replace the kicking attack with a stomping attack, also, the rings doesn't even protect you!)
Somari: why did Hummer Team even made this crappy bootleg game?! it lacks a aceptable ending, has terrible music, and even worse, it lacks the Chaos Emeralds! this means that you will ALWAYS get the bad ending!
Mario Party 9 and 10, they have the horrible car mechanic, lacks Story Mode, needs amiibo to play the traditional Mario Party, and the worst of all: it lacks fun!

In my opinion, although I also dislike the car mechanic, I think that these two games still have some awesome minigames and there's still a lot of fun to be had in them.

On another note, Mario Party: the Top 100 is bad. The focus is clearly on the minigames, but the main party mode isn't that fun, because there's only one board and it's exceptionally bland. It just feels like you just play all of the included minigames and then you're done (also they didn't include any minigames from the handheld games and I'm a little salty about that too).

Those games are pretty much objectively bad, no arguing there. I was just giving my opinion on the Mario Party games you mentioned, because it's clearly different than yours.

It included SMB, SMB2, Lost Levels, SMB3, SMW, Mario Bros, Hotel Mario, Donkey Kong, and Mario is Missing. Mario is Missing was filled with nightmare fuel lol.
