Can you enable a cheat when a level starts?

So, i found out of the rinkamania cheat code, and i had the idea of making a level out of it, how can i enable it when the player enters the level?

For your lua file:

----------------------------------------------------
local rinkamaniacheat = Cheats.get("rinkamania")
if not rinkamaniacheat.active then
rinkamaniacheat:trigger(true)
end
----------------------------------------------------

True means there will be no sound effect.
