The main highlight of this Nintendo Direct to me is that Terry Bogard got announced for Smash Bros. Ultimate!

I don't know why people are hyped with Sans. It is just retextures and skinned with customization that anyone in the mii universe can make if they wanted to.

Good news. We are less than 12 hours away from the first full normal Nintendo Direct in almost a year and a half. As this month Pokémon and The Legend of Zelda celebrate their 25th and 35th Anniversaries respectively, you should expect those franchises to feature a lot in the direct. I also hope to see SMB35 be announced that it won't be shut down after March 31st (ideally the same for SM3DAS although I think that is very unlikely) and maybe a new console for NSO (most likely gameboy as N64 has probably been pushed far into the future as a result of 3D All-stars and probably more so with Zelda's 35th if Ocarina of Time and/or Majora's Mask are part of it). Anything else you wish to see?

I was watching a random video on youtube about songs that sound similar, when I scrolled down when it finished to find other videos and found the Splatoon 3 announcement trailer. Lol I had to do a double take, like literally been waiting for a sequel to 2

I'm surprised to see little anniversary stuff. Most things here (JRPGS) didn't really pick up any attention. Fall Guys imo was a bit too late in the port and should have come a bit earlier. Miitopia was a neat surprise though I would rather Tomodachi Life but I've barely played this so maybe I'll try it out.

Mario Golf seems a bit basic, a good title, just a simple golf game but now with Mario Kart mechanics.

Pyra is not really a character I would care about but I'm happy for her fans.

SSHD looks nice enough. I've never really got into Zelda games par from BOTW so maybe I'll pick this one up? I dunno tbh.

Finally, Splatoon 3. I called this game. I'm not a big Splatoon fan but hey, I'm happy.

Overall, a good direct, there will be people who are disappointed, But I'm not (much).
