Reason for that may also be that the author is banned from everything (you know why).

Why do you care so much? Just let it drift into the dark rift of pages 2 and beyond. Even just PMing a mod would be more effective than getting needlessly upset on an already-dead topic.

I would rather prefer asking for locking this topic so that the other users and the moderators in particular will be sceptic on me already.

Same goes for the "would like to make a collab episode", which I ended last year, and I do not want anyone to help me on that episode. I can do it all by myself, and I don't need that topic open.
