Is It Possible to Animate This?

Heya. So this is both sort of a Graphic Request... As much as it is also a question.

I'm more of a porter myself- but I was wondering if anyone had the ability to possible animate these sets of tiles?

I am unsure, admittedly, if this is even possible or not considering the amount of frames in these. If it IS possible, that would be an absolute godsend. If not- then oh well I suppose.

Create a new text file in your level folder
name it background-n.txt
replace n with the number that this bgo belongs to
double click to open
add the line: frames=8
save the file

What is exactly that?? a flying pipe or a propeller from a smb3 airship??
